Nantong Hengwei Polyurethane Products Co., Ltd. is located in Rudong, Nantong, in the Yangtze River Delta economic zone on the coast of China, adjacent to Yangkou Port, an oriental deep-water port, with obvious advantages in logistics and location. The company was founded in 2002 and has been committed to the development, research and production of polyurethane foam series products, which are exported to Southeast Asia, America and Europe. After years of production and development, the factory area has reached 50,000㎡, with 220 employees. The factory has fully automatic horizontal foaming production lines, molding pressure foaming production lines, CNC computer cutting machines and other equipment. In 2014, the company also introduced German "KUKA" fully automatic robotic arms, fully automatic fabric cutting machines, quilting machines and other equipment, which have improved the company's production. Nowadays, the company's monthly output: 600,000 pillows, 50,000 mattresses, and its production capacity has ranked among the top in the industry.
